Safely can foods like vegetables, meats, and fish on your induction stove! This 23-quart Presto Pressure Cooker is made from heavy-gauge polished aluminum with a stainless steel-base for fast, even heating.

This pressure canner also works on gas, electric, and smooth-top ranges. Designed for use on household induction range burners of 12,000 BTUs or less.

Safety features include an air vent/cover lock that allows pressure to build up only when the cover is closed properly and prevents the cover from opening until the pressure is safely reduced.

Pressure canning is the only recommended safe method by the U.S.D.A. to process low-acid foods like vegetables, meats, and fish. You can also use this pressure canner simply as a water bath canner to can fruits, jams, pickles, and tomato sauces.
